Unfurnished studio in the popular Amsterdam North area about 40m2, The studio has three french doors, which you can open up during the warm summer days. (construction is finished not like shown in the pictures)

It has a spacious living with open fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful wooden floor (laminated) and top to bottom windows. Because of these windows the living is very bright, there is a lot of natural light coming in. The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge, microwave a dishwasher and induction cooker.

You will find an separate space which has a connection for washer and dryer. Next door is the spacious bathroom. You will find a sink, shower and toilet.

There is an separate storage of 6m2 in the building.  Good thing about this studio it is very energy friendly.

From the north area it takes you about 15 minutes to get to central station, your everyday shops and metro are around the corner.
