Spacious 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the IJburg harbour, just 15 tram minutes away from Central Station.

Situated on the third floor that can be reached by stairs and elevator, you will enter a private hallway. When you enter the apartment, on the right you will find the bathroom with spacious walk in shower and sink.

Next to the bathroom there is a cloakroom with washing machine. There is storage space at street level aswell. Next you will find the separate toilet and the 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a wardrobe and one with a single bed (double is possible). When you enter the livingroom with open kitchen, you will start smiling. It is spacious and bright, with a great balcony right next to the harbour.

The living room is fully furnished, but still there is a lot of free space. The fully fitted kitchen with separate dinning table and a fridge and freezer, dish washer and combination oven.

This modern apartment is worth a visit.
