The private room is on the 2nd floor and is about 16m2, with a double bed, wardrobe and a working space. This room is really bright.

There is a shared living room / fully equipped kitchen with access to a huge south facing private roof terrace. The bathroom is shared as well. It has a shower and a sink and every tenant has its own wardrobe. In the hallway you find a cloakroom with washing machine.

The apartment is divided over 2 floors and contains 4 rooms. Smoking inside is not allowed and pats are not permitted.

Supermarkets and shops are across the street, metro station can be reached in 2 minutes. Nearby you will find lot’s of greenery like Gaasperpark.

The apartment has a storage on the ground floor where you have a private area and you can store your bicycle.
